"I stayed at the Victoria for four days the end of October. I cannot thank you guys enough for my stay, it was lovely to have my own private space, with someone always on hand to speak with. Even if it was just for a chat at the end of the day about work 🙈 My three dogs were really welcomed and also loved their stay, they loved all the fuss they got. The room we had was also a perfect size for the extra dogs beds I brought. Everyone had room to stretch out and sleep. My van battery also DIED and the owner and her brother very kindly got me out of what could have been a very sticky situation. Thanks again so much for my stay!"

"I was recommended by one of the opposition skippers to book in at this hotel. I'd tried several others without much success or communication. I was after around 30 various tourers to be put up for 4 nights or thereabouts. Alysa and her staff were very accomodating and the comms were very good. It helps that the hotel is unfussy and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Its very pet friendly and homely. Prices are competitive and sure, some things may not suit everyone, but for me, and our party it was spot on. Thank you. See you next year"

When you book a hotel room, you're basically looking for a room to sleep in at night. Victoria Lodge offers friendly staff and a range of things to do in the hotel from an in-house bar to board games. I've been made to feel very welcome by everyone I've spoken too here. I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future. Great atmosphere, car parking, free breakfast with a variety of food and drink to choose from. My room has a beautiful view of the sea. The owner is very friendly and approachable and my room was immaculate. If I were a complaining person, my one complaint would be that I had nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this place and am sure I will be staying here again.
